Obituary Carol M. Black Graves, age 77, of Scottsville, passed away Saturday, December 13, 2014 at Baptist Healthcare in Lexington, KY. She was born on February 25,1937 in Rome, GA to the late Anna Mary Dew Black and James Black. She Graduated from Rome GA, High School, and Georgia Baptist Hospital College of Nursing. She was a retired registered nurse from the Medical Center in Bowling Green, KY. She married Carl Wayne Graves on August 16th, 1963. She was a member of Broadway United Methodist Church in Bowling Green, KY, Stephens Ministries, and a Registered Parish Nurse. She is survived by Husband Carl Wayne Graves, Two Sons- Gary Wayne Graves and wife Jennifer of Paris, KY and Carl David Graves and wife Alicia of Bowling Green, KY.Grandchildren- Isabelle Clare Graves and Annslee Christine Graves both of Bowling Green. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by one half brother Stan NaborsFuneral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at the Strode Funeral Home Scottsville Chapel with burial to follow in the Crescent Hill Cemetery in Scottsville, KY.
