Obituary Rickey Dale Murphy, 49, of Tompkinsville, passed away Tuesday, June 28 at his home.He was born June 24, 1967 in Jefferson County, KY to Truman Murphy and Geneva Rhoton Murphy. He was a retired factory worker.He is survived by his parents: Truman Murphy and Geneva Murphy, one daughter: Hannah Murphy and one brother: Greg Murphy all of Tompkinsville. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, July 2 at 2:00 PM at Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville with burial to follow in the Skaggs Creek Cemetery.Visitation will be after 5:00 PM on Friday and after 7:30 AM on Saturday at Strode Funeral Home in Tompkinsville.Memorials are suggested to the Hannah Murphy Scholarship Fund, these may be left at the funeral home or South Central Bank.
